When burned, they release sulfur dioxide (SO2), which effectively destroys unwanted microorganisms, fungi, and molds on the inner surface of the vessels, protecting them from damage. These strips are suitable for both home and professional use, providing slow and even burning for deeper penetration of the active substance. The product is made from 100% sulfur without additional impurities, making it extremely effective for traditional winemakers. Instructions for use: <ol><li>Thoroughly wash the vessel (for example, with barrel soda and water) before fumigation;</li><li>Thread the sulfur strip onto a non-flammable hook or iron wire (do not use aluminum);</li><li>Light one end of the strip until it starts burning evenly;</li><li>Slowly lower it into the vessel through the opening;</li><li>Seal the opening hermetically and tighten well until the strip burns completely;</li><li>After complete burning, leave the vessel closed for some time for full disinfection;</li><li>Remove the remaining strip and wait at least 30 minutes before opening.</li></ol> Safety and recommendations: It is recommended to work outdoors, as the sulfur dioxide (SO2) released during burning is toxic when inhaled.
