Descriere

Aliness L-Lysine 500 mg is a dietary supplement in capsule form designed to supplement the adult diet with the amino acid L-lysine. The recommended daily dose of the preparation is one capsule, which will help provide the body with 625 mg of L-lysine hydrochloride (HCL), including 500 mg of L-lysine. The valuable active ingredient is enclosed in a natural herbal capsule made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Lysine - what is it? Lysine is an organic chemical compound belonging to the group of protein amino acids. For humans, lysine is an exogenous amino acid, meaning it must be supplied with food as part of a properly balanced diet, as the human body is unable to synthesize it on its own. Rich sources of lysine include, but are not limited to: fatty fish (eg halibut, salmon, cod, mackerel, tuna, sardines, herring), eggs, yellow cheese and cottage cheese, dairy products, red meat and poultry (chicken and turkey), liver and soy products. It is also present in cocoa, wholemeal bread, almonds, buckwheat, green peas, red beans, parsley and sesame. An interesting way to quickly supplement your daily diet with L-lysine are capsules from the Polish brand Aness, which can also be consumed by people following a vegan and vegetarian diet. The pack contains 100 capsules, which is enough for an adult for over 3 months of daily supplementation as recommended. The preparation is produced according to the "clean label" principle.
