Inspired by Kilian Hennessy's impressions of Kyoto and the cherry blossom season in Japan, this scent recreates a peaceful walk along the "Philosopher's Path." The composition reinterprets the classic chypre accord, giving it a modern and sensual identity, making it part of the brand's luxury The Narcotics collection. The fragrance is characterized by a balanced nature, combining freshness and depth. It offers a smooth transition from fruity and fresh accents to a warm, musky heart and a rich woody base. Thanks to its precise formula, the eau de parfum provides long-lasting scent, suitable for both day and evening wear. By Kilian is a luxury perfume brand from Paris, created by Kilian Hennessy – grandson of the founder of the LVMH group (the H in LVMH stands for Hennessy, the famous cognac-producing family). He spent his childhood among the family wineries in Cognac. After completing a program in communications and linguistic studies, where he wrote a thesis on the semantics of scents in the search for a common language between gods and mortals, Kilian continued to study with some of the greatest noses in perfumery, honing his craft and creating perfumes for some of the best fashion brands in the industry. In 2007, he launched his own perfume house, in line with the family’s long tradition of producing luxury goods. The brand emphasizes ecology and sustainability through the use of refillable packaging.
