COLONIR <b>Description</b> A dietary supplement useful for rebalancing intestinal disorders manifested by widespread and recurring abdominal pain, bowel changes, flatulence, meteorism, stool consistency, constipation and predominant diarrhea, the sensation of incomplete emptying, and mucus in the stool. Bad breath due to digestive dysfunction with nausea and vomiting. L-Tryptophan: an essential amino acid, a natural precursor of serotonin (or enteramine), 90% of which resides in the gastrointestinal tract, in the enterochromaffin cell system. Here, it plays a direct role in regulating intestinal motility, secretion, and perception, as well as having an indirect central action by preventing stress and improving mood. It also plays a role in the production of niacin (vitamin PP). Inulin: a prebiotic, water-soluble fiber derived from a fructooligosaccharide polymer. Its osmotic function regulates water levels in the colon, keeping stools hydrated and soft, and stimulating peristalsis. Microencapsulated lactic ferments (L. acidophilus + B. longum): stimulate the formation of antibodies, increase the immune defenses, block the growth of pathogens and the release of toxins, restore colon metabolism and regulate intestinal dysbiosis. Activated charcoal: absorbs excess intestinal gas, reducing meteorism, flatulence, and bloating. The active compounds menthol and jasmone, contained in mint, have antispasmodic and antigas properties. They modulate diarrhea/constipation, intervene in bile secretion, and regulate gastric juices. They reduce nausea, vomiting, and bad breath. The active compound cirizine contained in licorice acts as an antispasmodic and laxative, controlling abdominal pain, bloating, and slow digestion. Cirizine has a similar structure to natural steroids and plays a role in regulating adrenaline. The active fraction chamazulene contained in chamomile has antispasmodic and analgesic properties. It helps with dyspeptic pain, flatulence, diarrhea/constipation, bloating, and slow digestion. The active compounds citral and linalool contained in lemon balm have an antispasmodic effect and reduce flatulence. They help manage anxiety, tension, and stress. Vitamin B5: regulates the metabolism of the colon mucosa by maintaining electrolyte balance. Vitamin B6: regulates the metabolism of the central nervous system and controls the formation of serotonin from tryptophan. Vitamin PP (niacin): An integral part of the coenzymes NAD and NADP, which control oxidation-reduction reactions. Deficiency causes frequent and debilitating diarrhea. Continue with one tablet per day. Swallow the tablets whole, without chewing, with a little water half an hour before meals. <b>Warnings</b> Do not exceed the recommended dose.
