Descriere

With the Pizzeria double pizza oven from Ariete, you can prepare two pizzas simultaneously thanks to the two independent cooking zones. The appliance is equipped with an upper and lower chamber, each with its own thermostat for precise control of the baking process. With its power of 2300 W and the ability to reach temperatures up to 400 °C, this oven recreates the cooking method of traditional wood-fired ovens. In both zones, there are refractory stone plates with a diameter of 32 cm. They are treated with a transparent non-stick coating, which facilitates cleaning of residues and grease. The oven offers 5 baking levels and is extremely fast – it takes only 4 minutes to prepare homemade pizza and just 2 minutes for frozen pizza.
