ELGASIN <b>Description</b> Dietary supplement containing β-galactosidase, α-galactosidase, and caraway. Caraway helps regulate intestinal motility and eliminate intestinal gas. With sweetener. <b>Ingredients</b> Alpha galactosidase, beta galactosidase, caraway ( <i>carum carvi</i> ). <b>Gluten-</b> free and <b>lactose-</b> free. <b>How to use</b> Take 1-2 tablets before main meals or before foods containing lactose and indigestible carbohydrates. The tablets can be taken with water, chewed, or dissolved in the mouth. <b>Warnings</b> Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
