Zinc - helps protect cells against oxidative stress. Recommended daily intake Children from 4 to 8 years of age: 5 ml daily. Children from 9 to 13 years of age: 10 ml daily. Adolescents from 14 years of age and adults: 15 ml daily. Take with or without meals. Shake the bottle before use. Use the included measuring cup.
