Eurydice - Sarah Ruhl

Descriere

n nEurydice is a luminous retelling of the Orpheus myth from nhis beloved wife's point of view. Watching it, we enter a singular, nsurreal world, as lush and limpid as a dream--an anxiety dream of love nand loss--where both author and audience swim in the magical, sometimes nmenacing, and always thrilling flow of the unconscious... Ruhl's ntheatrical voice is reticent and daring, accurate and outlandish. --John n Lahr, New Yorkern nA reimagining of the classic myth of nOrpheus through the eyes of its heroine.
