Descriere

nHere's a delightful little book to warm the hearts of young children and teach them how to experience the joy of giving and receiving. Just think of all the little buckets this book will fill with love and encouragement. --Dr. Kevin Leman, author of Have a New Kid by Friday n The day you were born was a very happy day. You are a special gift. Everyone was so happy to see you. But, there was one part of you that they could not see. It was your bucket, your invisible bucket. n While using a simple metaphor of a bucket full of hearts and stars, authors Carol McCloud and Katherine Martin, M.A. illustrate, in the sweetest of ways, that we are all born with an invisible bucket and that our bucket holds all of our good thoughts and feelings. This book highlights the many ways that families and caregivers use to fill the buckets of children but also gives young children simple ideas on how to BE a bucket filler as well. This 24-page picture book is perfect for children, parents, grandparents, teachers and people that want to teach empathy, nurture kindness and create a positive environment in their home, classroom, workplace and community. n n Winner of 4 awards.
