Finis Forearm Fulcrums Senior | Yellow

Descriere

The finis forearm fulcrums develop an early vertical forearm position and improve stroke efficiency. The forearm fulcrums are designed to refine the swimming stroke and focus on improving swimming stroke technique. An early vertical forearm position utilizes the entire forearm during the pull creating an even force from the fingertips to the elbow. The forearm fulcrums promotes the refinement of the swimming stroke through muscle memory of the hand wrist and forearm positions. The forearm fulcrums improves efficiency and ensures a strong uninterrupted pull from the start of the stroke to the end. With this you learn a high elbow position and create a high catch by lifting the elbow. This is ideal for open water swimming and triathlon swim training. Thanks to the figure-eight design you develop good swimming stroke muscle memory and it prevents strain on the shoulder without losing the feel of the water in the forearm and palm. The forearm fulcrum is a versatile aid for breaststroke front crawl backstroke and butterfly. Also available in a junior size.
