The HFI Soft is a snaffle bridle built entirely from extra soft leather, with an anatomically shaped headpiece, noseband and browband. The tone-on-tone stitching keeps the look quiet. 5/8 rubber reins are included. Intended for riders who train daily and want a bridle that feels soft and supple. About this bridle On this model the quality sits mainly in the leather itself. HFI uses an extra soft leather here that feels supple from the very first ride, instead of needing weeks of breaking in. Soft leather bends with the shape of the head, so it is slower to form a hard edge in the places where the straps lie closest to the skin. Headpiece, noseband and browband are all three anatomically shaped. On the headpiece that means a shape which leaves room behind the ears and spreads the weight rather than concentrating it on a narrow strip. The browband is curved so that it does not press against the base of the ears, and the noseband follows the line of the nasal bone. Which noseband type HFI uses is not stated in the product data, so we make no claim about that. The stitching is tone-on-tone: the same colour as the leather. That gives a clean, restrained result without contrast lines, which suits riders who would rather not have eye-catching details on their bridle. The black version is finished with chrome-plated brass buckles. 5/8 rubber reins come with the bridle.
