Characteristics: Indole-3-carbinol is a substance obtained by gentle extraction from cabbage plants (cabbage, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower). Resveratrol is a flavonoid with a high content of fatty acids and phytosterol. <b>Mode of use</b> The recommended dose is 1-2 capsules per day. The capsules should be taken whole after a meal, washed down with a sufficient amount of water.
