When Johnny, now an Assistant U.S. Attorney, is brutally murdered by drug lords, his best friend, Victor, now a Special Forces officer, returns from war in Afghanistan and assumes his identity, intent on seeking vengeance against all those who are guilty. Now, justice will be served -- Johnny Delgado has returned
