Keto-Test, 100 strips, Bio Elements

Descriere

Keto-Test, 100 strips, Bio ElementsProperties: - rapid tests for measuring the level of ketone bodies in urine (ketonuria); - a convenient and extremely useful way to monitor blood sugar imbalance in diabetes and the body fat burning process in weight loss diets; - ketone bodies, resulting from the burning of fatty acids, are the soluble metabolic fuel, which has the ability to penetrate the cell, including the neuron by crossing the blood-brain barrier, being used as a source of intracellular energy, without the presence of insulin; - when cells do not receive the necessary amount of glucose, fats are used as an energy source; - thus the formation of acetic acid, β-hydroxybutyric acid and acetone occurs in the mitochondria of liver cells; - the ketone index tells us how many times higher the lipids are than the total proteins and carbohydrates in a food or meal; - in the state of nutritional ketosis, the metabolic changes present in fasting are reproduced; - to maintain this state, it is necessary to regulate glucose levels, so as to obtain the same beneficial effects of healing and physiological regeneration as in fasting; - therefore, identifying the ketone index is beneficial in determining the state of ketosis we are in and its depth. Administration 1.
