Helps the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular systems. <b>Ingredients:</b> Magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose and croscarmellose sodium (bulking agents), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), cellulose powder (bulking agent), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (glazing agent), hydrogenated palm oil, talc (anti-caking agent), titanium dioxide (colorant), calcium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), shellac (glazing agent), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (emulsifier), thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), olive oil, polysorbate 80 (emulsifier), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid). <b>How to use:</b><ul><li>1/2 - 1 tablet per day</li><li>During periods of regular physical exercise (e.g. work and sports) the need for magnesium increases</li><li>In case of an unbalanced diet or low magnesium content, it is recommended to supplement with 1 tablet per day.</li></ul><b>Precautions:</b><ul><li>Not recommended for children and adolescents</li><li>Daily consumption of more than 250 mg of magnesium may have a laxative effect.</li></ul><b>Presentation:</b> 2x40 tablets
