<b>Manuka essential oil, 10 ml, Justin Pharma</b><b>External use</b> Manuka oil has selective antibacterial activity against Gram-positive organisms, especially Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). Studies have been conducted on wound healing and anti-inflammatory effect. Used in aromatherapy, Manuka essential oil has a fresh and pleasant aroma. Emotionally, Manuka essential oil tends to be a balancing and soothing essential oil. Manuka essential oil is particularly rich in sesquiterpenes (50-70%), followed by approximately 20% ketones, with a unique percentage of sesquiterpenols and monoterpenes. In comparison, Australian tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) essential oil is the richest in monoterpenes and monoterpenols with a small amount of oxides (especially 1.8 cineole).
