My First Norwegian Fish Oil from Moller's is a liquid food supplement containing cod liver oil. The liquid formula is suitable for use in infants over 4 weeks of age. Children are constantly exploring the world and learning many things, and proper nutrition has a beneficial effect on their development. Cod liver oil is an important element of the daily diet, which can be introduced after 1 month of age. It is a rich natural source of omega-3 acids, including docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and vitamin D3. Vitamin D is necessary for the proper growth and development of bones in children. It also helps the immune system in children to function properly. DHA supports the proper development of vision in infants up to 12 months of age (with a daily intake of 100 mg DHA) and the maintenance of proper brain function and vision (with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA). It can be given to the baby directly with a spoon or after mixing, for example, with milk, water, soup or porridge.
