Arginine is an organic chemical compound belonging to the group of protein amino acids. It is a relatively exogenous amino acid. It can be synthesized by the body and can also be supplied to the body as part of a properly balanced diet. Highly valuable sources of arginine are meat, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, seafood, whole grain products, nuts, lentils and spinach. L-arginine is one of the amino acids often used in pre-workout supplements for athletes. The Olimp AAKG 1250 Extreme Mega Caps ® from Olimp ® Sport Nutrition are also an excellent way to supply the body with L-arginine. In the case of pre-workout supplementation, it is recommended to take 3 capsules per day – one before and after training and before planned sleep. One 120-pack is sufficient for 40 days of daily supplementation with a large portion of the protein amino acid L-arginine while maintaining your recommended daily intake.
