Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. If swallowing is difficult, the tablet can be split into two parts to facilitate swallowing. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
