Osavi Zinc + Copper, 15 mg + 1 mg - 120 vegan capsules Food supplement Zinc and copper are very important nutrients for the proper functioning of antioxidant enzymes. They thus help the immune system to function properly, protect cells against oxidative stress and maintain healthy hair, skin and nails. Their food sources include broccoli, lentils and sesame seeds. When the diet is not sufficient and deficiencies occur in the body, these ingredients can be supplied by supplementation. But can zinc and copper be used at the same time? Yes, but in this case the correct proportion is important because a large amount of zinc can inhibit the absorption of copper. Therefore, in this dietary supplement we have used organic, active forms of zinc and copper: zinc chelate (OptiZinc®) and copper citrate in favorable proportions. The well-thought-out composition allows you to enjoy all the benefits of supplementation. What makes our product stand out:

High content of zinc (150% RWS) and copper (100% RWS).

A combination of two minerals that are crucial in the fight against oxidative stress.

Patented, highly absorbable chelated zinc, OptiZinc®.

Clean label - no unnecessary additives.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

BioPET packaging (30% of the material comes from sugar cane).

Ingredients:In 1 capsule:%RWS* Zinc (OptiZinc®) 15 mg 150% Copper 1 mg 100%Ingredients: inulin, coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), OptiZinc® (mono-L-methionine zinc sulfate, natural vanilla flavor), rice fiber, copper citrate. Daily serving: 1 capsule per day.
