Tegument. The story of a screenplay - Radu Dinulescu

Descriere

Tegument, as the cover tells us, is the novel of a screenplay, but it is also a page-turning work of literary sci-fi. For over four decades I've known Radu Dinulescu as a man of theatre. Now I'm discovering him in the role of a writer, exploring an enchanting world situated at the border between different literary and visual genres. His original idea will reward all those who enter into his narrative game, bursting with suspense and surprise... - Matei Visniec (writer) n Radu Dinulescu is back with a majestic take on the film-like spectacle of life! Dear Reader, when you enter the world of Radu Dinulescu, you should be aware, right from the start, that you are embarking on an extraordinary adventure from which you will be sure to learn something new. His stories are always full of revelations, and the revelation in this book begins with the title, which will have you, the Reader, reflecting on both the literal and figurative meanings of the word: tegument. - Claudia Motea (writer) n I began reading, and as the pages went by I felt myself becoming caught in a trap. From midnight till morning, I experienced an adventure by the name of Tegument. It was certainly worth it! - Constantin Cotimanis (theatre and film actor) n Nothing Radu Dinulescu does is predictable or conventional. He has never shied away from being inventive and taking risks. Beneath the tegument (written with a small t) lies something of what you will discover through reading this book about him and about the world. - Luminita Gabriele Iordanescu (TV director) n A powerful book in terms of the originality of the subject matter, the fast pace and the profoundly human message, communicated with finesse and style: however powerful the deviation from normality and the domination of money, common sense, respect for life and the undying sentiment of love always win out. - Olivia Costea (doctor and Honorary Consul of Romania in Sweden) n n Traducere din limba romana de Samuel Onn.
