The steel pan 5ply Hybrid Pro from the brand IBILI combines the advantages of cooking with stainless steel and the convenience of ceramic non-stick coating. This innovative cookware is designed with hybrid technology that includes a textured hexagonal grid made of 18/10 stainless steel and a PPG Fusion Edge ceramic non-stick coating located in the depth of the texture. In this way, the steel makes the first and primary contact with the food, allowing perfect searing and sautéing, while the protected non-stick coating facilitates easy cleaning and ensures durability. Thanks to its five-layer structure, the pan heats up extremely quickly and distributes heat evenly, which reduces energy consumption. The welded stainless steel handle has a tubular structure that prevents excessive heating during cooking. The cookware is suitable for searing, frying, and sautéing meat, fish, eggs, and omelets. For healthy cooking, the cookware features an eco-friendly PPG Fusion Edge ceramic coating, which is fully certified free of PFAS.
