(Power supply optionally available) DUO SENSOR Technology The innovative DUO SENSOR technology combines two professional measurement methods: oscillometric measurement and the Korotkoff method. While most automatic blood pressure monitors only use oscillometric technology, which evaluates pulse waves, the DUO SENSOR technology also uses the highly accurate Korotkoff method, which employs a microphone to record heart sounds. Physicians can also use the Korotkoff method for blood pressure measurement because it is highly reliable (gold standard) and delivers accurate readings even in patients with cardiac arrhythmias. Comfort Air Technology This innovative Veroval device with Comfort Air technology ensures comfortable measurement. The device is inflated to 190 mmHg for the first measurement. For subsequent measurements, the inflation pressure is individually adjusted based on the previously measured blood pressure values. This allows for a more comfortable measurement at the wrist. High precision confirmed.
