Vurger Bio vegetable protein mix, 200 g, Pronat [6426309016636] Description: Vegetable protein mix for burgers and other dishes. Properties:

100% ecological;

without wheat protein;

complete source of vegetable protein;

without additives;

without preservatives.

Consumption method: Ingredients needed for preparation (for ~4 burgers): 100 g dry mix 150–180 ml hot water (or hot soup) optional: 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (for a juicier texture). Preparation instructions: Hydration: Place the desired amount of mix in a bowl. Gradually add the hot water (approx. 1.5–1.8 parts water to 1 part dry mix) and mix well with a spoon or spatula until a homogeneous composition is formed. Complete rehydration: Cover the bowl and let the mixture rest for 10–15 minutes, so that the plant proteins, flax seeds, and chia seeds absorb the liquid and form a cohesive texture. Shaping : After hydration, the composition becomes malleable. Shape burgers (approx. 100–120 g each) or smaller meatballs, as desired. If you want a thicker texture, you can add a tablespoon of chickpea flour or breadcrumbs. Cooking: In a pan: fry lightly in a little oil (or without oil, in a non-stick pan) for 3–4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and firm. In the oven: bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes, turning once halfway through. On the grill: lightly brush with oil and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side. Precautions and contraindications: Packaged in a facility that processes: gluten grains, nuts, soy, peanuts, dairy products, celery, mustard, lupin. Storage conditions: dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight. Nutritional information: Average nutritional values compound Per 100 gEnergy value 1486 kJ / 355 kcalFATS 8.25g — of which saturated fatty acids 1.4gCarbohydrates 22.95g — of which sugars 5.76gfiber 14.67gPROTEIN 45.9gSalt 2.68 gramsProduct type: Premix Ingredients: pea protein powder isolate*, textured pea protein* and pea* (pea protein concentrate*, pea protein concentrate*, salt), chickpea flour*, chia seeds*, flax seeds*, inactive yeast flakes* (yeast*, wheat flour*, sea salt), beetroot powder*, fine sea salt*, garlic*, onion*, tomato flakes*, smoked paprika*, cumin*, dried parsley leaves*, coriander*, miso* powder (sea salt, maltodextrin*, miso powder* (17%) (soybeans*, whole rice*, salt, A.oryzae), carrots*, onion*, coriander*, spices* (ginger*, garlic*, nutmeg*, pepper*), parsley*, sunflower oil*, black pepper*. *=from certified organic crops.
